Currently under state law public workers are not allowed to form unions for collective bargaining purposes. While that law stands the Starkville Unions will never endorse strikes or any other collective bargaining measure for City public employees.

A union is a communication tool between workers and their employers.  In the Starkville Unions you can be as active or inactive as you want. The primary purpose of the union and this site is to inform you of your rights as a city worker or a tenant in Starkville.
